Aqua-Grade provides a quick and easy alternative way of creating the perfect gradient for new pour solid floors. Colour coded modular sections quickly click together to form a matrix that you simply fill with screed.

All Aqua-Dec, Aqua-Dec Advance and Aqua-Grade options are supplied as standard with the DSS1/H tiled floor gully with a horizontal outlet - a high quality water trap featuring a 50mm water seal, flexible 50mm outlet and a 50-40mm solvent weld reducer

Technical Details

Step. 1

First you locate the 600mm square starter section and mark the position of the feet and waste trap

Step. 2

Chase out the sub-floor and fit the waste trap and pipe work

Step. 3

Assemble and fit the remaining sections, ensuring that each section is level

Step. 4

Fill the matrix with a fairly dry mixed screed and float over the surface so that the ridges of the Aqua-Grade are just visible
